Our story began with founder Gary Glover, who started working in logging as a teenager in Fernie, BC. After settling in Salmo with his wife, Betty Anne, Gary established Glover Contracting with one employee and a vision of building a company grounded in integrity, strong values, and respect for the land.

Over the decades, Glover Contracting has grown steadily through dedication, experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement. By combining industry knowledge with sustainable practices and ongoing education, we have earned the trust of major lumber producers, private landowners, and communities throughout the region.

 

Today, Glover Contracting remains a proud family-owned and operated business. Gary works alongside his sons, Shane and Chad, who continue to expand and modernize the company while carrying forward the values the business was built on.
