Incorporated in 1971 Glover Contracting LTD. is a full service private contract company headquartered in Salmo, British Columbia with over 50 years experience in the forest industry.

 

Founder Gary Glover started working in the logging industry as a teenager while growing up in Fernie, BC. After meeting his wife Betty Anne and settling into Salmo, BC he decided to start his own business with just one employee and himself. His success results from a reputation developed through hard work, solid business and personal ethics, continued growth and education, and determination to always consider the future of the industry as well as the health of the environment.

 

Today Gary is joined by his two sons Shane and Chad as they continue to expand the family business. With state of the art updated equipment Glover Contracting LTD. contracts various lumber producers as well as private landowners needs the most efficient, cost effective manner possible.
